Via express deals

I'm looking for a trip on the Canadian and noticed that the express deals do not go past the end of September. is that usual? Naturally I'm looking for mid October and have not seen any sales. Is it usual for there to be no express deals in October?

It’s likely there will be some, but they can hold them until 2-3 weeks before departure (or even sooner) before posting them. If someone is willing to pay full price, they want to sell the ticket at full price. They may also do a system wide 50% off sale sometime this fall, but those can have 14 day advance purchase restrictions which means if the sale isn’t launched within a few weeks it wouldn’t be much good to you.
