CN Passenger Trains

I'm just wondering what kinds of food was on the menu for CN passenger trains back in the 1950s.
Any information will be very helpful.

Check the Canadian Museum of Science and Technology's Railway department and look for the CNR
section. You can see diners and if my memory is right even menus.
