Modeling the Montrealer and Washingtonian between 1947-1949 I learned, thanks to a great deal of help, that a CNR diner was in service between St. Albans and Montreal. According to CVR PTTs it was non-Aced between 1942 and 1946, but CNR PTTs list the non-ACed diner's service as 1946-1948. I have found diners of three types: HW non-ACed diner, HW ACed diner, and CC&F HW rebuilt ACed diner. Trying to avoid an educated guess, I' m looking for conductor' s logs or consist lists that could either identify the actual diner(s) used or help make the educated guess as accurate as possible.
Thanks in advance for any assistance,
