VIA #2 Ex Winnipeg June 26

VIA #2 which is due into Winnipeg is running aprox 9 hours late. Locomotive
issues with the HEP power with the 2nd unit is the reason for the delay. As
of right now #2 is exactly 100 miles west of Winnipeg. Also the 1721
Panaroma car is still on this consist. Since this will be Sat's #1 out of
Toronto expect a late departure.

Train No. 2 Ex Vancouver June 17th
asof  9:30 pm VIA Travel Advisory   saying "The train 
is currently 7h00 late"
That puts  ETA at Toronto  4:30 pm Saturday.
