ReserVIA is showing a new Toronto-Ottawa frequency effective
with the 31 October, 2014 change of card.
#40 departs Toronto at 1045, Kingston 1251, arriving
Fallowfield 1437, and Ottawa at 1456.
#45 departs Ottawa at 1030, Fallowfield 1048, Kingston 1234,
arriving Toronto 1448.
Reservia is not showing any connections between those new trainswith the 31 October, 2014 change of card.

and southwestern Ontario trains. It seems to me that 45-83,
45-75 and 45-81 would be useful, and have a long enough connecting
time in Toronto to be safe. 70-40 would also be useful, but it's
a 41 min connection, so it's riskier. VIA does allow tighter
connections in some cases, but one would need information on #70's
on-time performance to decide whether that one should be offered.
I've suggested those connections to VIA.
